Malhamdale & Yorkshire Dales Links
Malham is a small village, in the Pennines, at the southern base of the Yorkshire Dales. It’s a pretty place, surrounded by limestone dry-stone walls, and with a stream running right through the middle of the village. Malhamdale.Com is our local website and contains lots of information and pictures of the local area and the wider Yorkshire Dales – well worth a look to plan your time here.

Dales views photography – by Stu Gledhill
Most of my photography is done in and around Malhamdale simply because its an area I know and love. I have been fortunate enough to live here all my life and really appreciate the contrasts the local Limestone landscape has to offer. I try to bring this out with my photography by letting the pictures encapsulate what is so special about the scenery. My photos are available for sale as borderless high quality canvas prints. These hand finished ready-to-hang pictures are printed on 340gsm polycotton canvas material. More of my pictures can be seen at www.gledz.com, my personal website a few now available to view at River House ( guesthouse )Malham.

PAGANUM, your local online farmers market
Think of Paganum as your local butcher on-line. Just like a good high street butcher, we can provide special cuts as well as advice on the best type of meat for a particular recipe and how to cook whichever joint you choose. And all from the comfort of your home or office. Just e-mail or phone for advice and to discuss what you need. Paganum’s Chris Wildman, the latest in a long-line of Dales butchers going back over 5 generations, will be happy to answer your questions and explain why our traditional methods of butchering mean better tasting meat. It’s all down to preparation, hanging and cutting. Our beef is hung for a minimum of 21 days, to ensure maximum taste and tenderness.
